Regional Sales Manager - Commercial Vehicles (Bus & Truck)

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our commercial vehicle (bus and truck) sales operations. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing dealer networks, and strengthening market presence across the assigned region.

Job Description

. Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets

. Manage and grow relationships with dealers, distributors, and key accounts

. Identify new business opportunities within the bus and truck segments

. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

. Lead, coach, and support the regional sales team to maximize performance

. Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting

. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align campaigns and offerings

. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales support

Requirements

. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field

. 5-10 years of sales experience in commercial vehicles, automotive, or related industry

. Proven track record in regional sales management and dealer network development

. Strong understanding of bus and truck markets

. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

. Ability to travel frequently specially Myanmar and regional country

Preferred Qualifications:

. Experience managing multi-country or large regional markets

. Established network within the commercial vehicle industry and SKD

. Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
