Role Description

The Regional Sales Manager, National Sales Director, and Head of Sales are responsible for driving sales performance across specific regions or nationwide, developing sales strategies, and leading high-performing sales teams. The Regional Sales Manager focuses on sales within a designated region, the National Sales Director oversees sales across the country, and the Head of Sales leads the overall sales strategy and execution at the national or global level. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with strong sales acumen, team management skills, and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Regional Sales Manager: Manage sales operations within a specific region, ensuring the achievement of regional sales targets and growth goals.
  • National Sales Director: Develop and implement nationwide sales strategies, driving revenue growth across the country.
  • Head of Sales: Oversee and optimize the entire sales organization, setting strategic goals, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales plans, forecasting, and budgeting to drive growth and profitability.
  • Identify new business opportunities, manage key client relationships, and negotiate high-value contracts.
  • Analyze sales performance data and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts with broader business goals.
  • Monitor sales KPIs, track progress, and ensure timely reporting to senior leadership.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles (e.g., Regional Sales Manager, National Sales Director, Head of Sales).
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, team-building, and coaching skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics, and reporting tools.
