Responsibilities:
- Oversee marketing activities across Australia, New Zealand, India, Indonesia, Thailand, and Malaysia.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Manage and expand distribution channels, ensuring sales targets are met.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in international markets.
- Negotiate and finalize deals with channel partners.
- Collaborate with Lighting Consultants, Architects, and Designers on product specifications.
- Build strong client relationships and enhance brand awareness.
- Monitor regional sales performance and forecast profits.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Prepare sales quotations, negotiate contracts, and secure orders.
- Ensure product quality, timely delivery, and customer support.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Regional Sales Manager.
- Willing to travel.
