LENOL Pte Ltd is seeking a driven and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead sales activities across a designated geographic region. In this role, you will develop and execute strategies to grow revenue, build strong customer relationships and lead a team of sales professionals to consistently achieve business targets. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, product and customer service teams to ensure customer needs are met and growth objectives are realized.
KeyResponsibilities
. Develop and implement regional sales strategies and annual plans to achieve revenue and profit targets set by senior management
. Lead, coach and mentor a team of sales professionals, driving performance and supporting their professional growth
. Identify, pursue and close new business opportunities within the assigned region
. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, distributors and partners
. Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities
. Collaborate with marketing, product development and customer service teams to design and execute initiatives that drive revenue growth
. Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports and performance reviews for senior management
. Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms with clients in line with company policy
. Represent LENOL Pte Ltd at industry events, trade shows and client meetings
. Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies, ethical standards and compliance requirements
Requirements
. Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field
. Minimum 5-8 years of sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or team-leading capacity
. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, ideally within trading, lubricants, industrial goods or B2B environments
. Strong leadership, coaching and team management skills
. Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building abilities
. Strong commercial and analytical acumen, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
. Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & CRM
Preferred Qualifications
. Experience in the lubricants, petrochemicals or industrial trading sector
. Existing network of industry contacts within the region
