Our company specializes in the wholesale trade of retail goods and FMCG, exporting products from Asia to global markets. Backed by strong foreign partnerships, we are expanding our regional presence and are looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth by developing and executing regional sales strategies for wholesaling retail and FMCG products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships.
- Pitch and present products effectively to potential clients and secure large-volume deals.
- Lead and mentor a small team of sales managers, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to optimize sales strategies.
- Collaborate with management and overseas teams to ensure smooth operations and support business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in wholesale trade, FMCG, or export sales, preferably with an established network of prospective clients and contacts.
- Strong ability to pitch, negotiate, and close sales deals in a competitive environment.
- Leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring a small sales team.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced regional environment.
- Experience and proven performance in sales are key.
