Key Responsibilities1. Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets.

2. Team Leadership & Development
- Manage, mentor, and motivate regional sales teams.
- Set performance objectives, conduct evaluations, and provide coaching.
- Recruit and train new sales representatives.
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Address client concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.
4. Reporting & Analytics
- Monitor regional sales performance using KPIs and metrics.
- Prepare reports for senior management on sales results and market insights.
- Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
5. Collaboration & Market Expansion
- Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Experience managing sales teams and achieving targets.
