Regional Sales Manager – Asia Pacific

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
  • Achieve regional sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Build relationships with key accounts and partners in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.
  • Use Salesforce to track team performance and forecasts.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
  • CRM experience required; Salesforce strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate high-performance teams.
  • Experience in the Technology or SaaS industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
