Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will lead sales operations, develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets, and build strong client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, managing sales teams, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring sales performance, providing market insights, and collaborating across internal teams to optimize client offerings. This position requires proactive leadership and effective communication to drive growth in assigned territories.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Strategy, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development
  • Strong skills in Market Analysis, Negotiation, and Revenue Generation
  • Ability to lead and manage Sales Teams, with excellent Leadership and Motivational Skills
  • Exceptional Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, analytics software, and sales platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Experience in the market research industry or B2B sales is advantageous
