Implementation and execution sales strategy of Patek Philippe.
Work closely with internal teams and retail partners to partners to strategize monthly sales and objectives and monitor the sales operations with regular minuted meetings with assigned responsibilities and time frame for decided actions.
Gather market information on competitor's activities and projects.
Provide detailed sell-out analysis of markets/retailers/POS.
Preparing sales forecast and budget, preparing sales reports and quarterly sales reviews.
Manage and steer stock allocation.
Oversee retailers activities, POS gifts and annual celebrations.
Liaising with PPSA on all sales and logistical related topics.
Oversee and monitor early & mid-month logistic reporting.
Managing stock inventory.
Scheduling deliveries.
Manage and maintain strong relationships with retail partners in Thailand, Vietnam, and one additional market.
Handle calls and enquiries from retailers and customers.
Establish and maintain high level of customer intimacy through database management and creating touch points with customers.
Be knowledgeable on products and markets to match customers needs.
Execution of customer engagements through small and intimate dinners and engagement.
Collaborate with marketing team on customer events and international projects.
Support in institutional relationships in the arts, culture & heritage.
Work closely with Regional Trainer and PPSA Training Department, providing support on the training projects, training platforms/applications testing and reviewing, translations & proofreading , being a trainer (selected modules) for Thailand and support training sessions both local & oversea as required.
Requirements:
Degree in Marketing, Business/Administration or related discipline, preferably with relevant marketing and sales experience.
More than five years experience in a similar position with a luxury/premium brand.
Experience in working with Sales and Marketing team, vendors, agencies and retail partners, possessing analytical and numerical skills with good command of written communication.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to manage budget efficiently and accurately
Ability to prepare presentations
Strong writing skills
Professional working fluency in reading, speaking, and writing Thai is required to perform essential job functions, including conducting training, liaising with Thai retail partners, and proofreading Thailanguage materials.
