Responsibilities :
Achieve assigned annual revenue and bookings targets through direct customer engagement and distributor collaboration.
Manage the complete sales cycle - from opportunity identification, technical presentation, quotation, and negotiation to contract closure and handover.
Ensure customer satisfaction and timely follow-up on delivery, installation, and after sales support.
Identify new market opportunities for non-solar products (semiconductor, and precision laser equipment, etc.) across Southeast Asia, India, Korea, Japan, and Europe.
Conduct market and competitor analyses to support regional strategy formulation.
Channel and Partner Management - Establish and maintain relationships with key regional distributors, OEM partners, and strategic accounts.
Work closely with potential collaborators to expand reach in relevant territories.
Develop regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives and report on pipeline progress, forecast accuracy, and market trends.
Contribute feedback to headquarters and BUs on pricing, product positioning, and market demand.
Liaise with R&D and Technical teams to tailor solutions that meet customer requirements.
Participate in trade shows such as SEMICON SEA, SEMICON India, and Laser World of Photonics to strengthen brand visibility.
