Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Achieve assigned annual revenue and bookings targets through direct customer engagement and distributor collaboration.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle - from opportunity identification, technical presentation, quotation, and negotiation to contract closure and handover.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and timely follow-up on delivery, installation, and after sales support.

  • Identify new market opportunities for non-solar products (semiconductor, and precision laser equipment, etc.) across Southeast Asia, India, Korea, Japan, and Europe.

  • Conduct market and competitor analyses to support regional strategy formulation.

  • Channel and Partner Management - Establish and maintain relationships with key regional distributors, OEM partners, and strategic accounts.

  • Work closely with potential collaborators to expand reach in relevant territories.

  • Develop regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives and report on pipeline progress, forecast accuracy, and market trends.

  • Contribute feedback to headquarters and BUs on pricing, product positioning, and market demand.

  • Liaise with R&D and Technical teams to tailor solutions that meet customer requirements.

  • Participate in trade shows such as SEMICON SEA, SEMICON India, and Laser World of Photonics to strengthen brand visibility.


Requirements :
[Must]

  • Proven experience in regional or international sales, preferably in laser systems, semiconductor equipment, precision instruments, or high-tech capital equipment.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding annual revenue and bookings targets.
  • Strong ability to manage the full sales cycle: opportunity development, technical presentation, quotation, negotiation, contract closure, and handover.
  • Experience working with distributors, OEM partners, and strategic accounts across multiple regions.
  • Solid understanding of non-solar markets such as semiconductor, precision laser, or advanced manufacturing industries.
  • Proven capability in market research, competitor analysis, and regional strategy development.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, technical, and headquarters teams to deliver customized customer solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience participating in or supporting international trade shows (e.g., SEMICON, Laser World of Photonics) is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a regional role
