Join a strategic regional team as a Sales Manager (South East Asia), where you will balance high-level strategic planning with hands-on operational execution to drive market expansion and profitability. This role works closely with regional distributors and key accounts to strengthen market presence and identify new business opportunities.

  • Drive sustainable revenue growth and market share for the regional product portfolio through the execution of tailored commercial strategies.

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with key regional distributors to optimize market penetration and product availability.

  • Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify emerging business opportunities and trends.

  • Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets within South East Asia.

  • Oversee day-to-day commercial operations, including forecasting and inventory coordination, to ensure operational excellence.

skills and experience required.

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is highly regarded.

  • Extensive professional experience in sales management with a proven track record in managing regional distributors.

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to lead multi-country teams and translate strategy into measurable results.

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders across different cultures.
