Regional Sales Manager (Singapore or Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) Regional travel required)

KIDZONET is seeking a Regional Sales Manager based in Singapore to expand our footprint across Asia. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with strong experience in ICT, ISP, and Telco sales.

You will be responsible for building and managing service provider partnerships, driving revenue growth, and positioning KIDZONET as the leading child online protection solution across Asia.

Experience

  • 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the telecom, digital services, or technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated track record of closing complex deals, particularly revenue-share and partnership agreements with mobile network operators (MNOs), aggregators, or digital service providers.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding oftelecom value-added services (VAS), digital content distribution, and related business models.
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to structure and finalize win-win agreements.
  • Strong network within the telecom ecosystem in Southeast Asia
  • Solid financial acumen, including experience with revenue modeling, and pricing strategies
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders at telecom operators and strategic partners.
  • Proven experience working withtelecom operators in Asia.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data to drive business decisions.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across diverse cultures and regions.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

Other Requirements

  • Experience in emerging markets or working with international telecom operators is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for partner meetings, negotiations, and industry events.
  • Experience indigital safety, parental control, or content filtering solutions.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English is required;
  • Additional languages are an advantage.
