Develop and implement sales strategies for silicone products across the ASEAN, Oceania and India regions.
Drive sales activities for silicone products throughout the ASEAN, Oceania, and India regions.
Lead and manage the sales organization.
Prepare the annual sales budget and monitor sales performance against targets.
Coordinate production schedules and delivery timelines with the Japanese headquarters and manufacturing plants in Thailand, China, Taiwan, South Korea, and other locations.
Prepare regular reports for the Japanese headquarters and liaise with internal and external stakeholders on various business matters.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of sales experience at chemical manufacturer or chemical-related trading company
Experience handling silicone products
Management experience in a sales function is preferred
Japanese language proficiency required, as communication with the Japanese headquarters is mainly conducted in Japanese
Ability to travel regularly to ASEAN, Oceania, and India
Preference for candidates with limited job changes and a stable career history
