Regional Sales Manager
Our client, a well-established European industrial manufacturer is seeking a Regional Sales Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for all sales activities within SEA countries.
Responsibilities
- Manage direct sales and distributor accounts to ensure consistent growth in sales revenues
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive business opportunities and partnerships
- Serve as key contact point, fostering long term relationships and ensuring quality customer satisfaction
- Establish and develop sales plans and activities to ensure targets are met
- Conduct market analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, staying abreast of industry trends and competition.
Requirements
- Min Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales, sales account management, or distributor management
- Preferably with good exposure in hydraulic, motor or pumps
- Strong business acumen with good influencing skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in MS office applications
- Occasional traveling to SEA countries is required
