We are a fast-growing enterprise 5G and AI infrastructure company, expanding our regional footprint across APAC. We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager based in Singapore who can drive new business, manage key accounts, and serve as a trusted commercial partner for enterprise and telecom customers across the region.
This role is ideal for someone comfortable in a startup environment, who can operate independently, build new markets from scratch, and collaborate closely with our overseas teams
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies for enterprise 5G RAN, private 5G, and wireless infrastructure solutions.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across Southeast Asia countries and/or APAC.
- Manage and grow relationships with strategic enterprise customers, channel partners, and system integrators.
- Work with technical, solution engineering teams to deliver tailored proposals and solutions.
- Lead proposal development, quotations, customer presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Provide regional market intelligence on customer needs, competitors, and emerging industry trends.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and regional conferences.
- Build a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate monthly/quarterly sales forecasts.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in regional sales, business development, or key account management in the telecom, wireless network, or enterprise ICT sector.
- Experience selling one or more of the following:
- 5G/4G RAN solutions
- Private 5G networks
- Wireless infrastructure
- Enterprise connectivity or industrial wireless solutions
- Proven regional experience working with customers or partners in Southeast Asia or APAC.
- Strong self-starter who thrives in a lean, fast-paced startup environment.
- Ability to travel across the region as required.
