POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Lead to spearhead our enterprise resource planning (ERP) and business application portfolio across Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate brings deep, hands-on experience with Microsoft Business Central and possesses the leadership acumen to build, mentor, and scale a high-performance sales team.
This role goes beyond individual selling, you will own the full sales strategy for enterprise planning solutions, forge C-suite relationships, and directly contribute to revenue growth while positioning our company as the partner of choice for digital transformation initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of enterprise sales executives to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for ERP and enterprise business application solutions across target verticals
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews, forecast accurately, and report on team performance to senior leadership
- Establish a performance culture grounded in accountability, continuous learning, and customer-centricity
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top sales talent to build team capacity and capability
Enterprise Sales & Business Development
- Own and drive a personal portfolio of strategic accounts while supporting team members on complex deals
- Engage with C-suite executives and key decision-makers to understand business challenges and articulate compelling ERP value propositions
- Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles — from discovery and solution design to commercial negotiation and deal closure
- Develop account plans for key prospects and existing customers to drive expansion and cross-sell opportunities
- Partner with pre-sales, consulting, and delivery teams to ensure proposals are commercially sound and technically credible
Microsoft Business Central & ERP Expertise
- Leverage deep product knowledge of Microsoft Business Central to position solutions effectively against competitor offerings
- Translate complex ERP capabilities (financial management, supply chain, operations, reporting) into tangible business outcomes for prospective clients
- Act as an internal subject matter expert on Business Central, supporting marketing, product, and presales teams
- Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 roadmap developments and related ISV solutions
Broader Enterprise Planning Portfolio
- Drive adoption of adjacent enterprise planning products including HRM, CRM, BI/Analytics, and project management solutions
- Identify and develop cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the existing customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with technology partners, Microsoft channel leads, and ecosystem stakeholders
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Monitor competitive landscape and evolving market trends to inform sales messaging and pricing strategy
- Gather customer insights and relay feedback to product and leadership teams to shape roadmap and positioning
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner forums to build brand presence and generate pipeline
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage
Experience
- Minimum 7 years of enterprise software sales experience, with at least 3 years in a team leadership or player-coach role
- Demonstrated, hands-on experience selling and/or implementing Microsoft Business Central (or Microsoft Dynamics NAV)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enterprise sales quotas
- Experience selling into mid-market to large enterprise segments across industries such as manufacturing, distribution, retail, or professional services
- Familiarity with broader Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem and complementary enterprise planning tools (e.g. Power BI, Azure, ISV add-ons)
Technical & Domain Knowledge
- Strong understanding of ERP business processes including financial management, procurement, inventory, and reporting
- Ability to conduct high-level product demonstrations and articulate ROI for enterprise transformation initiatives
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, Dynamics 365 Sales) for pipeline management and forecasting
