Our client is a global leader in enterprise solutions, focused on enabling businesses to improve visibility, efficiency, and performance across their operations. Due to evolving business needs, we are partnering with them to hire a Regional Sales Executive (Labels & RFID Solutions).
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Commercial Management
- Drive regional sales pipeline and support commercial activities across APAC
- Own and manage the P&L for the assigned Supplies portfolio
- Partner closely with country sales teams to identify and capture growth opportunities
- Support key strategic deals and deliver impactful customer presentations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key accounts
Regional Product & Go-To-Market Strategy
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies across the APAC region
- Act as the key liaison between global product teams and regional commercial teams
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to shape strategy
Product Lifecycle & Market Insights
- Support new product introductions (NPIs) across the region
- Gather and translate market feedback to global product and engineering teams
- Contribute to shaping future product roadmap based on regional insights
Key Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a related industry (e.g. labeling solutions, auto-ID, industrial supplies, or adjacent sectors)
- Strong business development and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially driven with the ability to manage cross-functional relationships
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a regional role
- This role is an 80/20 split between account management and business development.
- Travelling across APAC is required, approximately twice per quarter.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin as the role involves close collaboration with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
