Our client is a global leader in semiconductor inspection and metrology systems, designing, developing, manufacturing, and marketing advanced equipment for the semiconductor industry. They are seeking a Regional Sales Engineer to drive business growth across Southeast Asia by managing key customer accounts, developing new business opportunities, and providing technical sales support for semiconductor inspection and metrology solutions.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with foundries, IDMs, OSATs, and other semiconductor customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Southeast Asia.
- Manage existing customer accounts while expanding revenue opportunities.
- Understand customers technical requirements and recommend suitable inspection and metrology solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, quotations, negotiations, order follow-up, and post-sales support.
- Prepare sales forecasts, maintain CRM records, and submit regular sales reports.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Travel within Southeast Asia for customer visits, product demonstrations, exhibitions, training, and business meetings.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- Several years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Experience in semiconductor inspection, metrology, process equipment, or capital equipment sales is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in B2B technical sales and business development.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Willing and able to travel across Southeast Asia on short notice.
