Regional Sales Engineer

Key Accountabilities

• Build trust with the Affiliates and support to achieve their target of solution business sales
• Support for affiliates solution business strategic planning
• Listen or discover the Affiliates request or pain point and propose the countermeasure
• Escort the sales activity with Affiliates to accelerate their sales
• Act as the control tower and bridge to the professional support team
• Report what is going well and not going well for each Affiliates to the management
• Manage with the team to prepare sales promotion and marketing material/tool for new products
• Perform and coordinate market research to analyse end users and market demands
• Perform product and competitors analyses
• Identify and consolidate product request to strategize new product roadmap
• Conduct sales target setting and estimate the new product sales contribution against the development investment
• Sales performance tracking for new products
