Job Description

Responsibilities:

Regional Performance Achievement and Strategic Planning

  1. Develop the sales strategy, market expansion plans, and budget allocation for the Southeast Asia region based on the company's overall strategy and annual budget.
  2. Be responsible for key KPIs such as sales volume, profit, and market share in the region, ensuring the achievement of highly challenging growth targets.

Core & New Product Line Promotion and Structural Optimization

As the primary driver of core engine projects, promote new products in the Southeast Asia market, deeply explore potential overseas demand, and seize market opportunities.

Channel Development and Customer Relationship Management

  1. Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key customers, regularly visit core markets, and gather market intelligence and competitor dynamics.
  2. Optimize service response: Address the issue of slow response due to business complexity by streamlining and optimizing internal order processing, logistics tracking, and customer complaint handling procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.

Team Building and Talent Development

Be responsible for building, managing, and evaluating the performance of the regional sales team and other team management issues.

Qualifications:

  1. 5 years & above sales experience in paper industry,and has team management experience.
  2. Open for relocation.
  3. Minimum a bachelor's degree or above is required.
  4. Strong sales acumen and the ability to drive results in a competitive market.
  5. Fluency in writing and speaking English, Chinese will be added advantage. Willing to travel frequently within the country or region.
