Regional Sales Director of APAC

Location: Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, or Philippines (Remote)

We are partnered with a $120M Series B AI & Computer Vision platform transforming one of the world's largest and most legacy global industries.

Tracking to grow from $0 to $20M ARR in 24 months, the business is now entering its next phase of scale and we are hiring a Regional Sales Director of APAC to build, lead, and own the region end-to-end.

The company has already attracted elite GTM talent across Europe and Israel, secured major global enterprise customers, and is now investing heavily in APAC as a core growth market. This is a rare opportunity to build a region from the ground up and play a defining role in taking the company from $20M to $200M+ ARR.

What you'll be selling:

A next-generation LLM + Computer Vision platform delivering real-time situational awareness and autonomous-assisted decision-making for large industrial fleets.

The platform addresses three mission-critical challenges:

  • Safety: 24/7 AI-powered monitoring, alerting, and risk detection
  • Efficiency: Fuel optimisation, routing intelligence, and reduced operational waste
  • Sustainability: Lower emissions through smarter, autonomous-assisted decision-making

Think of what Samsara did for automotive fleet management, now applied to one of the oldest and least digitised industries globally.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in enterprise software sales, with 3+ years leading Enterprise AEs
  • Proven experience scaling revenue and teams across APAC (Singapore, SEA; broader APAC a plus)
  • Track record closing $500k$1M+ enterprise deals
  • Strong experience guiding and winning POVs / POCs
  • Deep understanding of MEDDIC / MEDPICC and enterprise sales mechanics
  • Comfortable selling technically complex platforms to operational and executive buyers
  • Builder mindset thrives in ambiguity and leads from the front
