On behalf of our client we are looking for a Regional Sales Director to work on one on one basis on various tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
. Proactively lead, manage, and execute the entireSales Lifecycle from introduction to product delivery.
. Lead and manage the sales team, implement salesstrategies, and achieve sales targets.
. Identify and pursue new concepts and brandopportunities to expand the company's customer base within the region.
. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identifynew sales and growth opportunities.
. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
. Report sales performance and provide strategicrecommendations.
. Monitoring customers creditworthiness and workingclosely with Finance to adjust sales terms accordingly.
. Responsible for the timely collection of outstandingdebts.
Requirements:
. Bachelor's degree in BusinessAdministration, Marketing, Commerce, similar or related field.
. 15+ years of experience in sales within luxury fragrances and/or cosmetics business, with at least 7 years in leadership role.
. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
. Strong leadership and people management ability.
. Computer literacy and savvy with technology is a must.
. Work independently with minimum supervision.
. Positive attitude & growth mindset.
. Willingness to travel within the region as required.
. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
