Overview
We are seeking a Sales Manager - Sales Director who oversees the ASEAN Regional Headquarters from Singapore for the beauty products business. This leader will spearhead market expansion, strengthen distributor networks, and drive profitability across the region.
Job Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement commercial strategies across ASEAN countries (Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, etc.)
- Cultivate and manage distributor partnerships, ensuring sustainable growth and collaboration
- Establish the ASEAN headquarters framework, including recruitment and team building
- Consolidate Singapore HQ functions, centralizing decision-making and operational oversight
Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years hands-on experience in business development, sales, or distributor management within ASEAN markets
- Currently residing in Singapore or open to relocation
- Fluency in Japanese, Chinese, and English for effective communication with HQ and clients
Benefits
- Annual package:100K to 200K
- Language: Business level Japanese to communicate to HQ and Business level Mandarin to communicate with distributors
