Our client, a premium bottled water brand, is seeking a Regional Director for Southeast Asia as part of its regional expansion. This newly created leadership role will establish and oversee APAC operations, with full profit and loss accountability and the independence to build a high-performing organization from the ground up.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of a strategic market entry plan for Southeast Asia.
- Establish long-term business plans (3-5 years) with defined goals for market share, revenue, and profitability.
- Build and oversee a network of premium distributors, importers, and key accounts across the region.
- Champion the brand's premium positioning in Asia, ensuring consistent representation across all touchpoints.
- Drive channel growth by focusing on luxury hospitality, upscale retail, and digital commerce platforms.
- Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing cross-functional team in sales, marketing, and operations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in sales leadership, ideally within the premium consumer goods sector.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and build relationships with senior executives and high-net-worth individuals.
