Job Description

HCL Software is seeking an accomplished Sales Manager, Mid-Market - ASEAN (Partner-Led) to lead and scale our business across ASEAN. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, customer success, and overall business performance in the ASEAN region. The Sales Manager, Mid-Market - ASEAN (Partner-Led) will own the country-level strategy, sales execution, and go-to-market initiatives, while building strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Country & Revenue Leadership

- Own and drive the ASEAN Mid-Market P&L, delivering sustained revenue growth.

- Define and execute the country-level sales strategies aligned with global objectives.

- Lead sales teams with strong execution and accountability.

2. Sales & Team Leadership

- Build and mentor a high-performing sales organization across ASEAN

- Set clear KPIs and performance metrics.

- Foster a performance-driven and collaborative culture.

3. Market Expansion & GTM Strategy

- Identify new business opportunities, verticals, and strategic accounts.

- Strengthen brand presence across ASEAN

- Drive partner and channel strategies.

4. Customer & Partner Engagement

- Build executive-level customer and partner relationships.

- Act as a trusted advisor aligning solutions to customer needs.

- Drive customer retention and long-term value.

5. Strategic Planning & Forecasting

- Manage annual operating plans, budgets, and forecasts.

- Leverage data-driven insights for decision-making.

- Optimize sales processes and execution models.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner with marketing, product, pre-sales, and leadership teams.

- Share market insights to influence product and GTM strategies.

- Ensure seamless customer lifecycle execution.

Key Qualifications & Experience

- 15+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, including significant experience owning country-level P&L, revenue growth, and go-to-market strategy in ASEAN

- Senior leadership experience in enterprise software sales.

- Proven success in scaling ASEAN businesses.

- Experience with enterprise customers and partner ecosystems.

- Strong commercial and strategic acumen.

- Deep understanding of ASEAN market dynamics.
