We are supporting a confidential search for a senior commercial leader to take on a Regional Sales Director role covering Asia.
The position offers genuine scope: responsibility for a sizeable, multi-country sales organisation and the opportunity to shape go-to-market strategy across complex, solutions-led environments. The business operates in the fire and security sector, supporting large, mission-critical facilities, with a strong emphasis on integrated, value-based solutions rather than transactional product based sales.
While direct fire and security experience is relevant, the mandate is intentionally broad. Leaders from adjacent building infrastructure or technical services sectors such as BMS, HVAC, elevators/escalators, or facilities management will be considered, provided they bring experience selling complex solutions and leading at scale across Asia.
This role will suit someone who is trusted to operate with autonomy, balance strategic direction with hands-on leadership, and invest seriously in developing people and culture. Engagement is typically at senior executive level, involving long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, and high expectations around governance, forecasting, and execution discipline.
