As Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth, securing strategic partnerships, and expanding the company's presence across key APAC markets.
This is a highly visible leadership role with direct influence on business growth, market expansion, and long-term commercial strategy.
What You'll Be Doing
• Drive regional revenue growth across APAC
• Develop and execute go-to-market and expansion strategies
• Build relationships with enterprise customers, fleet operators, distributors, and strategic partners
• Lead complex commercial negotiations and close high-value deals
• Identify new markets, partnerships, and growth opportunities
• Work closely with senior leadership to shape commercial strategy
What We're Looking For
• Proven success leading B2B sales and business development across APAC
• Strong track record of winning enterprise accounts and driving revenue growth
• Experience within Automotive, EV, Commercial Vehicles, Logistics, Transportation, Fleet Solutions, Mobility Technology, or Industrial sectors
• Experience working with stakeholders across Greater China and Asia markets
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required to support business discussions, negotiations, and relationship management with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and partners across the region
• Ability to engage and influence senior executives and decision-makers
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale markets
