1. Sales Management

- Distribution Strategy: Identify opportunities of growth and expand distribution channels from OTA and Wholesale .
- Revenue Targets: Meet or exceed sales revenue targets
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Hotel Partnership: Develop Hotel Partnership to further improve RWS awareness and conversion.
2. Marketing Management
- Localized Campaigns: Design and execute marketing campaigns tailored to the preferences across tourist segment.
- Brand Positioning: Enhance brand visibility and ensure consistency in messaging across all channels.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee online marketing efforts, including social media, SEO, and content marketing.
- Event Management: Organize trade shows, product launches, and promotional events to increase brand awareness.
3. Performance Analysis
- KPIs: Monitor and evaluate sales and marketing performance against defined KPIs and adjust strategies as needed.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports and insights on regional sales, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management.
Job Requirements
1. Educational Background
- Bachelor's Degree: In Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
2. Professional Experience
- Years of Experience: At least 8-10 years in sales and marketing roles.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the tourism industry. Familiarity with B2B, B2C, or both, depending on the company's focus.
- Regional Expertise: Proven track record of managing sales and marketing in regional market as well as a deep understanding of the local market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competition.
3. Skills and Competencies
- Sales Expertise: Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Expertise in managing distribution channels, key accounts, and partnerships.
- Marketing Proficiency: Hands-on experience with digital marketing, brand management, and event marketing. Strong understanding of customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and create actionable strategies. Familiarity with tools like CRM software, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
