Responsibilities:

  • Design effective regional retail training programs for Descente and/or Arc'teryx brands.
  • Study training guidelines from China Headquarter, and conduct necessary localization according to Southeast Asia market needs.
  • Prepare training materials, conduct workshops and individual training sessions.
  • Work closely with management to identify regional retail training needs, conduct annual training analysis and prepare yearly training calendar.
  • Keep training records in hard copy/electronically.
  • Travel across the region to deliver company training standards.
  • Train-the-trainers in stores and design, develop in-store training tool kits.
  • Perform regular in-store field coaching, submit reports to the retail team, share the findings with solutions and work with Retail/ Store Managers to follow up on the results.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field.
  • No prior experience is required. 3 years and above of previous work experience in a retail setting is advantageous.
  • High proficiency in both Mandarin and English in order to liaise with colleagues in China and SEA countries.
  • Good understanding of retail business and sports products.
  • Strong Project management, Problem-solving skills, Effective communication.
