This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end regional recruitment operations across the Asia-Pacific region, driving strategic hiring initiatives for a world-class technology firm.

  • Execute the complete lifecycle recruitment process from identification and technical screening to assessment and onboarding for permanent positions.

  • Identify operational constraints within the hiring cycle, introducing strategic enhancements to elevate candidate experience and talent quality.

  • Source high-caliber talent across multiple regional markets utilizing diverse, sophisticated international channels to meet corporate acquisition targets.

  • Track employment trends in core business areas, conducting market analysis and organizational mapping to deliver strategic industry insights.

  • Spearhead employer branding initiatives, technical recruitment events, and corporate referral programs to enhance market presence.

skills and experience required.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience utilizing advanced talent acquisition strategies, boolean logic, and sophisticated applicant tracking software.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing innovative, diverse sourcing frameworks to attract niche technology profiles.

  • Professional fluency in English and Mandarin to collaborate effectively with corporate headquarters, regional stakeholders, and business leaders in China.

  • Analytical orientation with experience tracking conversion metrics, optimizing interview processes, and building sustainable talent pipelines.

  • Background in technology recruitment, specifically sourcing for cloud infrastructure, enterprise software sales, pre-sales, or post-sales functions is highly advantageous.
