As we continue to scale our regional footprint, we are looking for a highly driven Regional Program Manager to support launch excellence and strategic business execution across multiple Asia markets.

Job Summary

This is a highly visible regional role that combines product launch governance, cross-functional program management, and strategic project execution. You will work closely with Commercial, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and external partners to ensure successful and timely market launches.

The role will also support strategic initiatives driven directly by the CEO's office, making this an exciting opportunity for candidates seeking broad regional exposure and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead regional launch readiness planning and execution across Asia markets
• Manage launch timelines, milestones, risks, and governance tracking
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including Commercial, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Medical Affairs
• Drive launch readiness reviews and ensure successful go-live execution
• Partner with distributors and Contract Sales Organizations (CSOs) on launch and supply readiness activities
• Support strategic business initiatives and CEO-sponsored projects
• Prepare executive updates, dashboards, presentations, and project reports
• Build scalable launch governance processes and operational frameworks
