Product Specialist - HPLC
Our client is a leading scientific instrumentation company based in Singapore.
We are seeking a technically strong and customer-oriented Product Specialist to support HPLC business development and application activities across ASEAN & South Asia. This regional role is ideal for candidates with solid hands-on HPLC experience who are interested in combining technical expertise with commercial and customer engagement responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support regional sales teams and channel partners for HPLC-related products and solutions across ASEAN & South Asia.
- Conduct product, application, and workflow training for internal sales teams and distributors.
- Identify market opportunities and support business expansion initiatives within the region.
- Work closely with sales teams to plan marketing and promotional activities.
- Participate in technical seminars, conferences, and customer engagement activities.
- Provide technical and application support to customers and business partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biological Sciences, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant laboratory experience with hands-on operation of HPLC systems.
- Strong understanding of HPLC technologies, applications, and analytical workflows.
- Good understanding of customer workflows, laboratory challenges, and market needs.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively within ASEAN & South Asia, including India.
