Job Description

Brief Summary

Join our dynamic marketing team as a Regional Product Marketing Manager, where you'll lead innovative strategies for products in both B2B and B2C sectors across the Asia region. Bring your expertise and drive to influence market presence and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the execution of B2B marketing initiatives, developing and localizing content as needed. Collaborate with sales teams to implement tailored go-to-market plans specific to the industry. Facilitate reseller training and partner enablement through effective solution integration. Conduct product testing to pinpoint strengths and weaknesses, translating findings into impactful customer-facing content for retail and eCommerce. Work with sales teams to adapt promotions and sales collateral to suit local market demands. Apply strategic insights to enhance product sales performance, inventory planning, and forecast demand trends to ensure product availability aligns with marketing campaigns. Coordinate loyalty marketing activities focused on customer retention and CRM loyalty campaigns, analyzing effectiveness and aligning strategies for cohesive customer engagement experiences. Serve as the main contact for product marketing across multiple Asia-Pacific sales offices, fostering strong collaborations to address market needs and deliver appropriate solutions. Compile and analyze regional insights, reporting findings to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in product marketing or segment marketing. Proven experience in managing multi-country stakeholders within the Asia region. Strong understanding of B2B marketing models and experience with loyalty and CRM-based marketing. Proactive mindset with excellent relationship-building skills to engage and influence stakeholders. Strong analytical capabilities, comfortable with product testing and feedback integration. Cross-cultural sensitivity and adaptability in collaborating with regional teams. Experience working with channel partners, distributors, or system integrators in the Asia market is advantageous. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with print solution software is a plus.
