Your new role
Reporting to the Product and Portfolio Director,
- Lead the regional product and technology portfolio, ensuring it remains competitive and aligned with strategic goals by driving development, commercialization, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Define market needs, build business cases, and equip internal teams to successfully launch and grow new products, while supporting sales, pricing, and customer engagement across APAC.
- Promote the commercialization of products and technologies in the region lead by regional and global teams.
What you'll need to succeed
- 10 years of experience in technical innovation within food or beverage ingredients industry.
- Combining deep product knowledge with strong project management and cross functional collaboration.
- Ability to connect technical, commercial, and marketing teams allows you to influence strategy and drive impactful product development.
