Stulz Asia Hub Pte Ltd was established in 2023 and serves as a regional hub for the APAC region supporting our partners and subsidiaries.

Position Summary

We are seeking a visionary Product Manager to lead the market introduction of our regional chiller solutions within our diverse product portfolio. This pivotal role will focus on shaping product strategies that meet industry standards, advance technological innovation, and exceed customer expectations. You will collaborate with in-house engineering teams, Factory R&D, KAM sales teams, and field service engineering to bring cutting-edge solutions to market, supporting our growth and leadership within the industry.

Key Responsibilities

. Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Stulz Chiller for the Asia Region.

. Conduct market analysis, customer interviews, and industry research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.

. Gather and prioritize requirements based on customer needs, regulatory standards, and technological advancements.

. Collaborate in cross-functional teams through product design, development, testing, and deployment processes.

. Assist in developing detailed specifications, technical documentation, and user success stories.

. Drive product lifecycle management, including launch, enhancements, and end-of-life planning.

. Monitor product performance through KPIs, customer feedback, and field data iterate to optimize efficiency, reliability, and user experience.

. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to craft go-to-market strategies, technical documentation, and training materials.

. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental certifications.

. Stay ahead of emerging trends and regulatory changes to maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications and Skills

. 5+ years of product management experience, preferably within Data Centre, HVAC, or related engineering fields.

. Deep technical understanding of HVAC systems, controls, IoT integration, and sustainability standards.

. Proven success in managing complex engineering products with long development cycles.

. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills.

. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of translating technical details into clear business value.

. Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

. Familiarity with industry standards such as ASHRAE, AHRI, and associated energy ratings and standards.

. Minimum qualifications - bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field advanced degree or certifications.

. Travel required (10%)

Education / Experience

. Product Management (at least 5 years) with a Bachelor of Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field advanced degree or certifications.

. Knowledge of mechanical, refrigeration, hydraulics or similar

. Engineering experience in the Data Centre environment preferred

. Fluent in Business English
