Job Description
- Execute end-to-end procurement processes, including RFx development, bid evaluation, and supplier selection
- Collaborate with Operations and Legal to align procurement strategies with business objectives
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to achieve cost savings and favorable terms
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Drive cost reduction initiatives through strategic negotiations and supplier consolidation
- Partner with internal teams to forecast demand and support capacity planning
- Ensure compliance with procurement governance and regional regulations
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 5 years experience in procurement or sourcing, ideally in technology or infrastructure sectors
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Proficiency in procurement tools and data analysis
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and execute strategies with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with regional procurement laws and practices (Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong)
- Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
