Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Procurement & Business Operations Director to lead the Company's procurement strategy, vendor management, and regional business operations initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving procurement transformation, operational efficiency, cost optimisation, and cross-border vendor collaboration to support the Company's regional growth and cloud technology business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional procurement strategies and sourcing plans aligned with business objectives to enhance operational efficiency and cost savings
  • Lead procurement of technology products and services, including cloud services, IT equipment, software licensing, and operational resources to support business needs
  • Manage strategic supplier and vendor relationships across regional and international markets to ensure reliable supply and partnership value
  • Conduct supplier evaluations, negotiate contracts, review pricing, and assess procurement risks to optimize cost efficiency and operational effectiveness
  • Implement procurement governance, internal controls, and compliance processes to uphold company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with management, finance, sales, and technical teams to align procurement and business operations with strategic initiatives
  • Monitor procurement budgets, analyze expenditure trends, and evaluate vendor performance to identify improvement and cost reduction opportunities
  • Support operational scaling, process enhancements, and business transformation initiatives across multiple regional markets
  • Develop and maintain procurement policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and vendor documentation to ensure consistency and governance
  • Lead and supervise procurement and operations teams across regional functions to drive performance and accountability
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support company objectives and growth

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, Operations Management, or related disciplines
  • At least 12 years of relevant experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, supply chain, or business operations, including managerial or regional leadership roles
  • Experience in technology, cloud services, IT solutions, or regional business operations environments
  • Proven skills in procurement strategy planning, supplier negotiation, contract management, and operational governance
  • Strong understanding of procurement compliance, budgeting, cost optimisation, and internal control processes
  • Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and regional vendor relationships effectively
  • Strong leadership, analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in English Mandarin language skills are must to facilitate communication with associates, vendors, and business partners
