We are seeking a driven and analytical individual to join the centralised Pricing team, supporting customer quotation activities across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a genuine interest in pricing, commercial analytics, and process improvement
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate customer quotations in line with pricing policies, margin targets, and operational requirements.
- Analyse historical pricing, market data, and business trends to recommend competitive and profitable pricing.
- Collaborate with Commercial team and Finance to resolve pricing issues and support quotations.
- Maintain pricing data and generate pricing, margin, and quote performance reports.
- Improve pricing processes, ensure compliance with pricing governance, and develop understanding of products, manufacturing costs, and profitability.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in pricing, commercial analysis, finance, or a related analytical role.
- Strong analytical skills with understanding of costing, margins, and profitability.
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with ERP/CRM/BI systems (e.g. SAP, Dynamics, Tableau, Power BI).
- Prior experience in manufacturing, packaging, or medical devices is advantageous.
- Knowledge of pricing methodologies (market-based/value-based pricing) is a plus.
