Responsibilities
Public Relations
- Serve as a liaison between Club Med, agencies, partners and relevant stakeholders for all brand campaign and partnership activations
- Build and maintain strong relationships withthe Regional PR agency and key media contacts, pitch stories and facilitate media inquiries to secure positive coverage
- Write and edit press releases and other communication materials suited for various platforms and audiences.
- Manage and update the Club Med corporate media hub with regional press releases
- Compile monthly media clipping reports and summaries
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative PR campaign ideas
- Assist in developing and executing communication strategies during crisis situations to protect and manage brand reputation.
- Ensure timely execution and follow-up with relevant stakeholders
Social Media
- Own and drive the social media and content strategy for ESAP social media in consultation with Regional PR Manager and/or social agency
- Be the Go-To for ESAP for all social media, community management and content marketing enquiries with global social media team and market leads
- Plan, manage and execute social media marketing paid campaigns in partnership with Online Marketing stream
- Create, curate and schedule high-quality and engaging posts (e.g., visuals, videos, captions) tailored to each social media handle and platform
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, follower growth, CTRs) to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives
- Research and stay updated on emerging social media trends, platforms, and tools to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of digital innovation
Event Coordination
- Support the Regional Brand, PR and Communications Senior Manager in planning and organizing events, including client meetings, venue selection, vendor coordination and timeline management.
- Provide on-site assistance during events, including setup, coordination and teardown. Ensure everything runs smoothly and according to plan.
- Participate in post-event evaluations to gather feedback and suggest improvements for future events
Administrative Support
- Organize and maintain PR, event and partnership documentation
- Develop presentation materials for internal and external communications
- Provide support on special projects as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree holder
- Background in marketing or communications will be a plus
- Strong interest in communications and marketing within the hospitality industry
- Excellent coordination, organization and detail-orientation
- Self-motivated, energetic and positive
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Capacity to think and work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to communicate effectively across functions and with various stakeholders
- Treating confidential information with great sensitivity
