Brief Summary:
Join a prestigious watch brand as a Planning Executive, where you will play a vital role in coordinating inventory management and sales strategies across multiple regions. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Planning Manager to analyze Purchase/Sales/Inventory (PSI) data from various distributors and dealers.
- Develop strategies for ordering models and quantities based on sales trends from HQ.
- Allocate stock to different countries considering sales data and marketing initiatives.
- Manage stock allocation for retail outlets and online platforms as needed.
- Facilitate effective communication in Japanese language between regional offices and Japan HQ for product planning and launches.
- Coordinate with local sales teams to gather data for Monthly, Quarterly, and Half-Yearly reports for submission to relevant departments.
- Support overall planning functions while overseeing operations in Singapore and additional regions such as Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines.
Requirements:
- Relevant Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in planning or inventory management roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.
- Experience in using inventory management software and data analysis tools.
- Proficient in Japanese language to communicate with Japan HQ and Japanese speaking counterparts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks in different regions.
