We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Regional Operations professional to join our Regional Operations team, with a primary focus on KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) operations. This role will be responsible for evaluating operational performance across regions, identifying process gaps, driving improvement initiatives with local teams, and partnering closely with Product Managers on system migration and automation projects. The ideal candidate will be forward-looking, structured in planning, strong in stakeholder management, and capable of prioritizing effectively based on business needs.
Job Description
- Drive regional fraud operations excellence by monitoring SLA performance across multiple markets, identifying operational trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimise fraud operations, partnering closely with Product, Risk, and regional Operations teams on process redesign, system enhancements, automation, and platform migration projects.
- Manage end-to-end project execution, including project planning, prioritisation, stakeholder alignment, implementation tracking, and risk management, ensuring initiatives are delivered effectively across regional markets.
- Develop and continuously refine regional operating frameworks, SOPs, and best practices to improve operational consistency while accommodating local business and regulatory requirements.
- Analyse operational data and business performance to generate actionable insights, measure project impact, and provide regular recommendations and progress updates to leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Operations, Risk Management, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL or Python to identify root causes and drive actionable solutions.
- Proven ability to manage regional or cross-functional stakeholders and deliver projects in complex, matrixed environments.
- Experience in system migration, workflow automation, process optimization, or operational transformation projects is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
