Job Summary
Lead regional operations for sourcing, and distribution of mobile devices. Manage procurement, refurbishment processes, export logistics, and develop wholesale channels across Southeast Asia to drive revenue growth and build a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional operations for sourcing, and distribution of mobile devices to ensure efficient supply chain management
- Manage procurement of pre-owned devices, including Apple iPhones, from international suppliers to maintain product quality and availability
- Oversee refurbishment processes by conducting diagnostics, testing, and component replacement to ensure device functionality and standards
- Develop and expand wholesale channels in Indonesia and Southeast Asia to increase market presence and sales volume
- Coordinate export operations and logistics while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements to facilitate smooth cross-border trade
- Drive revenue growth by implementing pricing strategies and optimizing operational costs to enhance profitability
- Build and lead a high-performing operations team by providing leadership, coaching, and strategic direction
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3-6 years of relevant experience in mobile devices trading, refurbishment, or electronics industry
- Proven experience in regional markets, with preference for Indonesia
- Demonstrated track record in business expansion or revenue growth
- Knowledge of import/export and supply chain operations
- Proficiency in English and Chinese to effectively liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills to guide operations and business growth
