Regional Operations Manager
Responsibilities
. Oversee and manage the daily operations of food service outlets to ensure smooth and efficient business performance.
. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, customer satisfaction and profitability.
. Manage procurement activities, supplier relationships and inventory control to ensure cost-effective sourcing and supply chain stability.
. Monitor outlet performance, analyse sales reports and implement improvement plans to achieve business targets.
. Coordinate manpower planning, staff scheduling, recruitment and training activities.
. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, workplace safety requirements and company operational standards.
. Support business expansion initiatives and identify opportunities for growth within Singapore and regional markets.
. Liaise with suppliers, business partners and stakeholders to maintain strong business relationships.
Requirements
. Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Hospitality Management, Operations Management or related disciplines.
. Minimum 3 years of experience in food service operations, hospitality management or business operations.
. Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
. Experience in procurement, inventory management and supplier coordination preferred.
. Ability to manage multiple operational functions independently.
. Proficient in English and Mandarin to communicate with customers, suppliers and regional business partners.
. Familiarity with Singapore food service regulations and industry practices is an advantage.
