An end-to-end regional operations lead taking full ownership of 3PL management, market S&OP, inventory, and cross-border logistics across both Malaysia and Singapore.

• 3PL & Logistics Management: Drive vendor performance and SLA compliance across warehouse, e-commerce, and retail distribution networks, directly managing top-tier 3PL partners.

• Market S&OP & Commercial Alignment: Lead the local S&OP governance process, connecting supply chain metrics to revenue margins, category plans, retailer contributions, and overall financial profitability.

• Inventory & Reverse Logistics: Oversee inventory integrity, stock allocation, and reverse logistics flows (returns and compliance) for electrical appliance categories across both markets.

• Continuous Improvement & Systems: Optimise cross-border inbound flows, operational master data, and EDI systems while leading annual productivity and cost-saving initiatives.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with regional teams, sales, and external vendors to proactively de-risk operational bottlenecks and prepare scalable infrastructure for future market expansion.

skills and experience required

• Min. 15 years of experience

• Dual-Market Expertise: Mandatory operational and supply chain leadership experience spanning both Singapore and Malaysia.

• Tier-1 3PL & Electrical Goods Experience: Direct experience managing large-scale 3PL networks and handling consumer electronics/electrical goods.

• Commercial & Financial Mindset: Strong S&OP capability driven by financial acumen.
