You'll collaborate with our Facilities Management team to create innovative security strategies, investigate breaches and create risk assessment plans for the future. Qualifications
Job responsibilities
- Lead incident response and direct teams to conduct complex security investigations.
- Design and lead the implementation of security operations programs across campuses.
- Drive the development of security strategies and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement.
- Lead the development and execution of protocols to assess and mitigate threats and manage crises.
- Oversee ongoing support for cross-functional data users by maintaining reports and dashboards.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in law enforcement, intelligence or a military role or equivalent private sector experience.
- Experience with Security Operations Center (SOC) works.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with security technologies including CCTV, access control, and incident management systems.
- Track record in managing security operations and security personnel and delivering high quality, customer-oriented security programs.
- Understanding of global geopolitical trends and emerging threats and risks.
- Ability to lead projects by navigating priorities, measurable objectives, dependencies, planning, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, implementation and subsequent monitoring.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and people management skills, with the ability to take initiative while building cross-functional relationships.
