Lead and drive systems projects, leveraging prior knowledge of system-related products and features to ensure effective delivery and business alignment.
Accountable for managing the scope, timeline and resources of cross-functional and cross-market projects to achieve target project outcomes.
Track and provide senior management visibility on the progress and performance of key projects.
Process and Productivity Optimization
Develop, track and analyze key metrics to identify potential areas of improvement for operational processes.
Drive the review and optimization of processes across various markets to increase operational efficiency, effectiveness and improve user experience (both internally and externally).
Develop and align operational best practices and SOPs across various markets.
Develop, set and align benchmarks and targets to achieve operational productivity across various markets.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Engineering or Business equivalent
Minimally 1 year of experience with system-related products and features
Experience in project management and process improvement, preferably in a financial services/technology/e-commerce industry
Experience working with cross-functional, multi-country teams
Strong stakeholder management skills and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate insights and develop actionable recommendations. Proficiency in Python/SQL as well as Lean Six Sigma certification are a plus.
Demonstrated ability to learn fast, handle multiple and complex projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
