Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the medical strategy for the CNS therapeutic area in alignment with global standards.
- Collaborate on evidence generation and the dissemination of clinical and scientific data.
- Cultivate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and strategic stakeholders.
- Design and support innovative medical affairs plans, including Real-World Evidence (RWE) and digital health initiatives.
- Provide scientific leadership at advisory boards and educational events.
- Prepare and validate scientific materials and presentations for healthcare audiences.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to assess training needs and deliver relevant medical training programs.
Requirements
- Advanced Degree in Life Sciences or Medicine (MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated experience in medical affairs, particularly within the CNS field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Proven capacity to perform in intricate, multicultural team environments.
- Accountability and ownership in responsibilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications including Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
