About the Role:

This role is part of our wider Brands Marketing team for Foodservice in APMEA (Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa). The Regional Marketing Specialist will support the execution of marketing strategies for Kerry's leading beverage brand, DaVinci Gourmet, as well as support customer engagement with chain accounts across the region.

The successful candidate will play a key role in executing marketing campaigns, coordinating with local teams, developing customer-facing materials, and supporting brand growth initiatives. This role requires strong collaboration with Sales, Flavour Genius (Baristas & Mixologists), RD&A, and other marketing colleagues to deliver impactful marketing activities and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of regional brand marketing strategies in collaboration with in-country commercial & marketing teams.
  • Coordinate and implement integrated marketing campaigns (online & offline) and support in-market activations.
  • Assist in developing trade marketing tools, sales materials, digital content, and customer presentations.
  • Work closely with Sales teams to support customer engagement activities, ensuring high-quality brand experience.
  • Support research and analysis of markets, channels, and customer needs to generate insights that feed into marketing plans.
  • Coordinate innovation and renovation project activities, assisting in end-to-end execution from launch preparation to market activation.
  • Monitor campaign performance and track key KPIs, providing regular reporting and recommendations.
  • Provide administrative and operational support in managing marketing budgets and external agencies.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience (Food & Beverage industry experience preferred).
  • This is a temporary role for 8 months.
  • Experience in executing marketing campaigns and supporting brand initiatives, ideally in both digital and offline channels.
  • Strong coordination and project management skills, with the ability to work across functions and multiple stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with basic experience in market research and campaign performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Proficiency in English (a second language applicable to the APMEA region is a plus).
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Southeast Asia (up to 20%).
