We are a technology company operating a portfolio of mobile applications across international markets. To strengthen our regional operations, we are seeking a Regional Marketing Project Manager based in Singapore to drive marketing initiatives across APAC and support coordination across regional and headquarters teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of regional marketing initiatives for the company's mobile application portfolio across APAC markets
- Coordinate with headquarters and regional market teams to support alignment of marketing strategies and operational objectives across multiple markets and time zones
- Translate regional growth strategies into localized execution plans suitable for Southeast Asian market conditions and user behavior
- Manage regional marketing budgets and oversee performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant digital channels
- Build and maintain relationships with regional influencer networks, KOL agencies, media partners, and external stakeholders
- Analyze user acquisition performance, retention trends, campaign effectiveness, and market developments to support strategic decision-making
- Support cross-functional project coordination involving internal teams, regional partners, and stakeholders across different geographical markets
- Assist with market entry planning, campaign localization, and operational coordination for new product launches within APAC
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Marketing, Business, Communications, or other relevant disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 3 years of experience in mobile application or digital product marketing within international or regional markets
- Proven experience managing performance marketing campaigns and regional advertising budgets
- Professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English to support communication across multilingual regional stakeholders and review business documentation used within regional operations
- Strong understanding of Southeast Asian mobile application markets, including digital marketing channels, consumer behavior, and regional market trends
- Hands-on experience with major performance marketing platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok for Business, and mobile attribution tools such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or equivalent platforms
- Experience coordinating projects across multiple teams, markets, and time zones
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills in cross-cultural business environments

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a regional marketing role within an internet, technology, or mobile application company with international operations
- Experience supporting mobile application launches across Southeast Asian markets
- Background in influencer marketing, UGC/KOC partnerships, or content-driven user acquisition strategies
- Understanding of mobile application monetization models, user lifecycle management, and LTV optimization
