Job Description

The Regional Marketing Manager for Southeast Asia will play a pivotal role in driving The Executive Centre's brand visibility, lead generation, and community engagement across key markets. This role requires a strategic marketer who combines digital expertise with strong executional capabilities to translate TEC's global strategy into impactful regional initiatives.

They will develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that strengthen TEC's position as the leading premium flexible workspace provider. This includes extending the brand's trusted reputation and word-of-mouth success into digital channels—leveraging paid media, content marketing, partnerships, and community engagement to build awareness and generate qualified leads.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute regional marketing plans that align with TEC's global strategy, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.
  • Localise and adapt global campaigns for the SEA market, managing timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Manage relationships with regional media partners, agencies, and vendor partners, ensuring all deliverables meet TEC's quality and brand standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and optimise paid media, SEO/SEM, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and report ROI and key KPIs to inform ongoing optimisation and strategic decisions.
  • Identify market trends, audience insights, and emerging digital opportunities to enhance TEC's visibility and competitiveness in SEA.
  • Partner with Business Development and Community teams to ensure integrated campaigns that drive both awareness and lead generation.
  • Work closely with the Global Partnerships team to identify and activate regional collaborations that enhance brand reach and deliver business results.
  • Support local translations and content localisation efforts to ensure culturally relevant and effective communication.
  • Act as the regional marketing lead and liaison between HQ and local teams, ensuring alignment on goals, performance, and execution standards.

Requirement

  • Proven experience in regional or multi-market marketing roles, ideally within premium service or B2B industries.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, paid social, and performance analytics.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across global and local teams, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
  • Data-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying opportunities to optimise performance and improve ROI.
